SISTER/INTEREST BONDING
College is a time for growth, maturity, new experiences, learning, achieving, and getting to know new people and places. Alot of the girls who join the Interest Group are from various cities/towns across Texas, moving away from home to further their education.
They are far from home, so the sorority/interest group is a 'family away from home'. Its a chance to be a part of intelligent, outgoing, but very different group of ladies who have set their goals on being a Texas Tech Red Raider. We are a support system, study buddies, friends, and lovely ladies!
We work hard and we play hard! Sister and Interest funtime/hang out/social time is very important in getting to know each other. Sisters, along with the interests, plan themed activities, movie nights, Sister/Interest Conference , family dinners, out on the town, dancing, crafts, bowling, and working out, to name a few!
In order to have a strong sisterhood in hopefully in the future, both sisters and the interested ladies should be able to understand one another and work together. This will help to build a lasting sisterhood and friendship!
